Having a great inspector makes a world of difference and can save you thousands. Justin from American Dream did just that and he is on point! He arrived ahead of time and did not finish until he examined every inch of the house. From the swimming pool to the attic, he examined it all. He even crawled under a small hole under the house to check out the foundation. He took lots of pictures and notes (which is good so I didn't have to). At the end of it all, he wrote up a beautiful 62 page report detailing all the problems and his recommendations. The inspection took place Saturday morning and I received the report Saturday night.
