HOW LONG WILL THE INSPECTION TAKE?

The average inspection time depends on several factors depending on the size, age, and condition of the property.  Homes under 2000 square feet can be completed within one to two hours depending on if the home is vacant or occupied, and age of home. Older homes may take longer due to more defective components that may be present and need closer examination. Larger homes over 3000 to 4000 square feet may take two hours or longer depending on age, overall condition and if multiple furnace and AC systems are present, etc.

 

SHOULD I ATTEND THE INSPECTION?

We strongly encourage the buyers to be present for the home inspection. You attendance at the inspection will give you a greater understanding of the property and we will show you defects that will be listed in your report. If you are unable to attend the inspection, we encourage you to call us and we can discuss the inspection and report items.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE REPORT?

You will receive your professional generated pdf. file report e-mailed to you usually within 24 hours after the inspection, if not the same day. We take time to complete your report to ensure the highest quality, numerous photos, editing and revisions including some research that may be needed to provide you the best report possible.
